Replacement Grommets & Bracket Spacers

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the issues you have experienced with the grommets on our FitnessMats™.

Effective the end of the 1st Quarter of 2024, any FitnessMats with tears by the Grommet holes will no longer be covered under warranty.

All FitnessMats purchased with grommets after September 2022, included Perma-Grommets which are designed to hang and protect the FitnessMats while storing more securely. It is recommended that any FitnessMats purchased prior to September 2022, have the grommets replaced to the Perma-Grommets.

We want to thank you for your continued partnership and will gladly replace all of your rubber-style grommets with our new indestructible, Perma-Grommets™.

Plus, to ensure your mats can easily stay on the wall brackets, we will also provide a set of Bracket Spacers to add to every wall mounted bracket you have in each location.

Please complete the form below to include the TOTAL NUMBER of FitnessMats™ with the original “RUBBER FEEL GROMMETS” or FitnessMats purchased PRIOR TO November 2021, that you have in the gym.

Also include the TOTAL NUMBER of Wall Brackets that you have, so we can send you your COMPLIMENTARY Perma-Grommets™ & Bracket Spacers.
